Porcini Mushroom Sauce + Tortellini

The perfect porcini mushroom sauce + tortellini recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pck. Tortllini (pre-cooked)
  • 200 g Cream
  • 1 Handful Porcini mushrooms (own frozen)
  • 1 small Diced onion
  • 1 good tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Ground caraway seeds
  • Salt pepper
  • Fresh chives
  1. Cook the tortellini according to instructions.
  2. The sauce: cut the onions into cubes, sauté in a little butter. Add the porcini mushrooms, sauté everything, dust with flour, pour on the cream, if it is too thick, pour a little broth. Let simmer a little. Season with salt + pepper you can also use caraway powder.
  3. Put the sauce on a plate and put the tortellini on top, if you like add some sauce, sprinkle with chives. Finished . The fun lasts less than 15 minutes
