Ingredients
- 1 Pck. Tortllini (pre-cooked)
- 200 g Cream
- 1 Handful Porcini mushrooms (own frozen)
- 1 small Diced onion
- 1 good tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 1 tablespoon Ground caraway seeds
- Salt pepper
- Fresh chives
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to instructions.
- The sauce: cut the onions into cubes, sauté in a little butter. Add the porcini mushrooms, sauté everything, dust with flour, pour on the cream, if it is too thick, pour a little broth. Let simmer a little. Season with salt + pepper you can also use caraway powder.
- Put the sauce on a plate and put the tortellini on top, if you like add some sauce, sprinkle with chives. Finished . The fun lasts less than 15 minutes
