Pork Kidneys in Whiskey Sauce

The perfect pork kidneys in whiskey sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Pigs kidney fresh
  • 0,5 Vegetable onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Scotch
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 tsp Steak pepper
  • Salt
  1. I got the kidneys from the butcher I trust and he sells them cleaned and cut ready for kitchen use. Always on Mondays.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small pieces.
  3. Fry the kidneys, onion, garlic and tomato paste over medium heat in any oil (I had olive oil) for 7 minutes.
  4. Add the alcohol and ignite.
  5. Add the pepper and sour cream, stir and reduce the heat again.
  6. Let it steep a little and season with salt.
