Ingredients
 

  • 1 Pork tenderloin
  • Bacon
  • 2 a cup Cream
  • 30 g Tomato paste
  • 30 g Paprika pulp
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Butter

Instructions
 

  • Cut the pork fillet into slices, season with salt and pepper on both sides. Wrap the fillets with the bacon. Brush the baking dish with butter, place the fillets in it. Put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees.
  • In the meantime, heat the cream, tomato paste and paprika pulp. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Pour over the meat after 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 180 degrees and cook for another 15 minutes.
