Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g rice (long grain rice)
  • 2 onions
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 large can of tomatoes, peeled
  • 2 cans of tuna in oil
  • 1 jar white wine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp marjoram
  • ½ tsp thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the rice in plenty of salted water until almost tender. Fry the sliced ​​onions in oil until translucent. Crush the garlic clove, finely chop the parsley, drain the tomatoes, and dice the tuna. Combine everything in a saucepan with the wine, rice, and spices, and simmer over low heat in a covered pan for about 20 minutes.
