Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g rice (long grain rice)
- 2 onions
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 large can of tomatoes, peeled
- 2 cans of tuna in oil
- 1 jar white wine
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp marjoram
- ½ tsp thyme
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the rice in plenty of salted water until almost tender. Fry the sliced onions in oil until translucent. Crush the garlic clove, finely chop the parsley, drain the tomatoes, and dice the tuna. Combine everything in a saucepan with the wine, rice, and spices, and simmer over low heat in a covered pan for about 20 minutes.
