Potato and asparagus salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g asparagus, green
  • 250 g potato(s), waxy
  • 50 g ham, raw, diced
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel and boil the potatoes, then let cool. Trim the ends of the green asparagus, cut into 2-3 cm pieces, and boil them as well. Meanwhile, dice the onion and briefly fry it in a pan with the diced ham. Slice (or dice) the potatoes, toss with the asparagus, ham, and onion. Add the crème fraîche, stir, and season with pepper.
