Potato and Carrot Soup with Chicken

The perfect potato and carrot soup with chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Potatoes
  • 400 g Carrots
  • 1 Chopped green onion
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 4 tsp Chicken broth
  • Ginger, salt, pepper, curry
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
  • 200 g Chicken breast fillet
  1. Sauté the onion in oil. Dice carrots and potatoes and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the broth (1 liter), bring to the boil. Season to taste with ginger and curry. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Puree the soup. Season to taste with lemon juice, sour cream, spices and herbs. Season the chicken breast, fry in oil. Put in the soup.
