Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- 150 g cheese, grated
- 1 bunch of chives
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 2 eggs
- 1 zucchini
- 2 carrots

with zucchini
Peel and wash the potatoes and cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and finely dice the onion. Rinse the chives, shake dry, and cut into small rolls. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven). Drain the potatoes and mash them with a potato masher. First, stir in the chives, sesame seeds, and onion, then the cheese, reserving a little for sprinkling, and the eggs. Season generously with salt and pepper. Transfer the potato mixture to a greased 26cm tart dish. Wash and trim the zucchini, trim and peel the carrots. Cut both into thin slices. Top the potato tart with the mixture and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes. Serve with a fresh salad.
