Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g herb curd
- some milk, cold
- 1 bag(s) of instant mashed potato powder, approx. 150 g
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
First, place the mashed potatoes in a bowl. Fold in the herb curd. Gradually stir in the cold milk. Mix everything well and knead until you can form small balls. Place the balls in the oven at 150°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 to 25 minutes. The balls are a great side dish or as a main course with salad. They can also be eaten cold.
