Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g potatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 300 g mushrooms
- 250g mozzarella
- 150 g Parmesan
- ½ liter vegetable broth
- breadcrumbs
- ½ bunch chives
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and slice the raw potatoes. Chop the onions and garlic. Slice the mushrooms and mozzarella. Layer all ingredients in a greased dish, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper. Pour in the vegetable broth and sprinkle the casserole with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 45 minutes. Serve sprinkled with chives. Serve with a mixed salad.
