Potato and mushroom gratin

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg potatoes
  • 500 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large onion(s), finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil the potatoes until tender, peel, and slice. Fry the diced onions in oil, add the mushrooms and flour, and fry. Deglaze with sour cream, add the parsley and 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, and season with salt and pepper. Mix with the potato slices. Grease a baking dish and pour the mixture into it. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
