Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g spinach, fresh
- 10 jacket potatoes
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
- possibly vegetable stock powder, yeast-free
- possibly chili
- Spice(s) of your choice, if desired
- 4 tbsp coconut milk
- Coconut oil

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Dice the onion, sauté briefly in coconut oil, add the spinach, and fry briefly. Boil the potatoes in their jackets, peel them, and mash them in a bowl. Add seasonings to taste. Add the onion and spinach mixture and mix well. Add coconut milk, depending on the consistency. Form the mixture into dumplings and fry them all over in coconut oil.
