Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¼ kg potato flour
  • 1 pack of mashed potatoes
  • ½ liter of water
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Waldviertel style

Knead the potato starch, mashed potatoes, salt, and water until smooth. Let rest briefly. With wet hands, form dumplings of the desired size. Place the dumplings in plenty of boiling salted water and cook until tender (if they float, cook for about another 15 minutes).
