Potato Foam Soup
The perfect potato foam soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 1 l Veal stock
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 piece Bay leaf
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 200 ml Cream
- Cook the potatoes in the veal stock with the spices. Then puree and season to taste. Just before serving, fold in the whipped cream.
