Potato Foam Soup

The perfect potato foam soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 1 l Veal stock
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 piece Bay leaf
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 200 ml Cream
  1. Cook the potatoes in the veal stock with the spices. Then puree and season to taste. Just before serving, fold in the whipped cream.
