Potato gratin with tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 m.-sized potatoes
  • 400 ml cream
  • ½ pack of cheese (gratin cheese)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 m.-large tomato(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

very simple and simply very tasty

Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Finely chop the onion, mince the garlic clove, and mix with the onion. Thinly slice the tomatoes. Place them in a baking dish, starting with the potato slices, then the tomatoes, then a layer of onion and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Then add another layer of potatoes and onion, then more cheese. Finally, pour the cream over the potatoes and season again. Bake at 200°C in a preheated oven (top and bottom heat) for about 1 hour.
