Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potato dumplings
  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • ½ can corn
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 package of cream cheese (antipasti flavor)
  • salt and pepper
  • herbs, Italian
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash and clean the onions, garlic, and bell peppers. Dice the onions and bell peppers. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onions, add the garlic, drain the tuna and add it, add the bell peppers, and fry everything well. Now add the tomato paste to the ingredients. Continue cooking over medium heat. Next, add the potato dumplings. These are also fried. Season everything. Then add the strained tomatoes and cream cheese. Mix everything together and bring to a boil. Finally, drain the corn and add it to the heat. Season to taste. If the sauce seems too thick, add a little water.
