- 2 tablespoon Miracle Whip
- 1 pinch Herbs of Provence
- 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
- 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon Wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Rapeseed oil

- Schwenkbraten: are pieces of pork already pickled by the butcher.
