Potato spaghetti with leek and chili

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g potatoes
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • n. B. Oil
  • some butter
  • Chili pepper(s) (some chili rings), dried
  • 20 g leek
  • e.g. chili salt
  • e.g. marjoram, dried
  • n. B. Thyme, dried
  • some basil leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Side dish for 1 person

Peel the potatoes and spiralize them into spaghetti shapes. Pat dry with kitchen paper, then place in a bowl. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Slice the leek. Sauté the diced onion and garlic in hot oil in a pan until translucent. Add the potatoes and a knob of butter and fry slowly over low heat. Add the chili rings and leek, stirring occasionally until the potatoes are browned. Finally, season to taste, finely slice the basil leaves, and scatter them over the potatoes. Arrange the potato spaghetti on a platter, garnish, and serve.
