Potato, spinach and curry chicken pot

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 2 medium-sized onions, diced
  • 500 g chicken meat, cut into strips
  • 900 g creamed spinach, frozen
  • 4 tbsp curry sauce
  • some salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender. Meanwhile, fry the onions and chicken strips in a little oil and set aside when they begin to brown slightly. Bring the thawed creamed spinach and curry sauce to a boil in a large pot. Add the meat and onions, season with salt and pepper, and let it simmer briefly. Finally, stir in the drained potatoes or serve as a side dish.
