Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp butter (wild garlic butter)
- 1 bunch of garlic chives
- e.g. salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
with garlic chives
Boil the potatoes in their skins and peel them, or use boiled potatoes from the day before. Melt the wild garlic butter in a pan, season, and fry the potatoes. When they’re nice and crispy, add the finely chopped garlic chives, mix, and serve. If you like, garnish with some fresh wild garlic.
