  • 150 g minced meat (tartar)

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth (instant)
  • Water

Cut the potatoes and carrots into slightly larger cubes, add them to a pot of water (the vegetables must be covered with water) and cook with the 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable stock. Finely chop the onion, fry the tartar in oil, and add the onion. Mash the cooked potatoes and carrots in a bowl, add about 3-4 tablespoons of the stock, and stir in the tartar.
