Potatoes with Gouda cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 50 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 50 g butter
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the potatoes in salted water. Stir the grated Gouda cheese with butter until smooth. Tear open the cooked potatoes with two forks and fill with the mixture. Season lightly with pepper and serve.
