  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion(s), chopped
  • 1 garlic clove(s), pressed
  • 2 tbsp mixed herbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for 1 person

Cook the potatoes in their jacket potatoes for about 20 minutes. Mix the low-fat quark with the oil. Stir in the chopped onion, the crushed garlic clove, and the herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
