Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 m.-sized potatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 tbsp mustard, sweet
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Boil the potatoes with their skins on for 20-30 minutes, or even a day ahead. Peel and dice the potatoes. Peel and slice the onions. Sauté both in a pan covered with oil. After about 5 minutes, add the sweet mustard and continue sautéing until the desired browning is achieved. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
