Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 120 g lasagna sheet(s) (spelt lasagna sheets)
  • 400 g minced meat, lean
  • 2 onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 100 g beefsteak tomatoes
  • 200 g tomato sauce (herb sauce), no added sugar
  • 50 g corn
  • 100 ml milk, low-fat
  • 50 g cream cheese, 0.2% fat
  • 200 g Harzer cheese
  • oregano
  • Caraway seeds

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

High protein, low carb, fitness dish

Sauté the onions and garlic in a pan. Add the minced meat and fry until crisp. When the minced meat is cooked, add the beef tomatoes and the spices. If you like it spicy, season with hot paprika and chili. For a milder dish, use sweet paprika and herbs. Stir in the sauce and add the corn. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Bring the milk to a gentle simmer in a saucepan. Mix in the Harzer cheese and cream cheese until it reaches a creamy, cheesy consistency. In a baking dish, alternate the spelt lasagna sheets, tomato mince, and cheese sauce. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. The lasagna has just 587 kcal per serving, of which 56 grams are protein and 40 grams are carbohydrates.
