Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g margarine
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

For 12 delicious waffles with chocolate or vanilla pudding powder

Separate the eggs. Combine the egg yolks with the margarine, flour, pudding mix, and milk. Beat the egg whites with the sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Then fold in the whipped cream. This will make the waffles nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. If using chocolate pudding mix, add a little more powdered sugar (about 2 1/2 tablespoons) to the batter to taste. Otherwise, it will be a bit bitter.
