tastes delicious hot and cold

Clean and finely chop the leek and mushrooms. Fry both in a pan with a little oil, deglaze with a splash of white wine, and simmer for a while. Season to taste. Remove from the heat and let cool. Roll out the puff pastry. Mix the minced meat with the eggs. If the mixture is too runny/thin, simply add some breadcrumbs. Add the leek and mushroom mixture, season to taste, and spread everything on the puff pastry. Spread the mixture thinly with mustard and sprinkle with cheese. Now shape everything into a roll and cut into 1.5-2cm thick slices (it works best if you let the roll rest in the refrigerator for half an hour to an hour beforehand) and place on a baking sheet. Bake at approximately 160°C for 25 minutes.
