ideal for any party, also vegetarian

Filling I: Defrost the spinach leaves in the microwave, squeeze them dry, and then chop them into small pieces. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces, mix with the spinach, 100g of grated cheese, a cup of crème fraîche, and an egg. Season with salt and pepper. Filling II: Cut the ham into small cubes, mix with 100g of cheese, an egg, and a cup of crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. Filling III: Mix the smoked salmon with 100g of cheese, an egg, and the last cup of crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. Add a sprig of dill, if desired. Unroll each piece of puff pastry and spread one of the fillings on it, leaving a 1cm edge. Roll up as tightly as possible from the wide side. Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into approximately 1 cm wide slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at approximately 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) until crispy and light brown. This will take 15-20 minutes, depending on your oven’s power. The rolls are delicious hot or cold! They’re easy to prepare and perfect for any party buffet.
