Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 20 slice(s) puff pastry, frozen
  • 3 jars of feta cheese, pickled
  • 10 m.-sized cocktail tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

We have it at every party, there’s nothing left over!

Thaw the puff pastry. Wash the tomatoes and halve them. Place half a tomato and about 6 cubes of pickled feta cheese on each puff pastry sheet. Fold the corners toward the center and seal the parcels tightly. Bake in a preheated oven (convection oven) at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until the parcels are golden brown. These parcels are delicious hot or cold!
