Pumpernickel Tip Milk
The perfect pumpernickel tip milk recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Skip milk
- 750 g Quark double cream
- 250 ml Milk
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 100 ml Cream
Apple compote
- 6 Pc. Apples small
- Sugar
Pumpernickel crumbs
- 150 g Pumpernickel
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Rum
- 150 g Dark chocolate
Skip milk
- Mix the quark with the milk, the liquid cream and the sugar to a smooth cream. Refrigerate.
Apple compote
- Peel, core and dice the apples. Simmer in a saucepan with a little water until soft, sweeten with sugar as desired. Let cool down.
Pumpernickel crumbs
- Rub the pumpernickel between your hands. Mix with sugar and soak in rum. Grate the chocolate and stir into the pumpernickel crumbs. Now layer the apple compote, the milk and the pumpernickel crumbs in a glass bowl.
