Pumpkin cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g pumpkin flesh
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 processed cheese corners
  • ½ cube of stock
  • Herbs (1/2 herb)
  • wine, white
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g pasta
  • possibly Parmesan
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the pumpkin flesh into coarse strips, halve and slice the onion, and sauté everything together in olive oil. Pour in a little white wine and sauté until soft. Melt the cheese wedges, add the stock cube and herb mixture, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix in the cooked pasta and serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
