Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g pumpkin(s), washed, cleaned and finely diced
- 250 g pasta, raw
- 1 onion(s)
- 400 ml cream
- 400 ml milk
- 100 g cream cheese
- 4 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
- 1 tbsp honey
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- nutmeg
- Herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Finely dice the onion and pumpkin. Combine the cream, milk, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese and season generously. Stir in the pasta, pumpkin, and onion and transfer to a casserole dish. Cover and let stand for at least 2 hours. Then bake in the oven at 200°C for approximately 25-30 minutes. Tip: You can also vary the dish with other vegetables such as carrots, peppers, mushrooms, etc. Meat lovers can also add diced bacon or ham.
