Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g wheat bran
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • some salt
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes

Place the wheat bran, pumpkin, pine, and sunflower seeds, and a little salt in a bowl, cover with water, and let stand for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Place 16 small balls of the grain mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and smooth them out. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Turn over after about 10 minutes. Let cool and serve with dips.
