Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 Hokkaido pumpkin(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp thyme
- 100 ml white wine
- salt and pepper
- 200 ml cream

Halve the pumpkin. Remove the seeds and cut into pieces. Sauté the pieces in olive oil with thyme, then deglaze with white wine. Let the pumpkin simmer for about 20 minutes. Puree the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Pour in the cream and bring everything back to a boil briefly. For 4 servings, one serving has 80 kcal.
