Pumpkin Sauce on Spirelli

The perfect pumpkin sauce on spirelli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Boiled pumpkin meat
  • 1 medium sized Cut onion
  • 2 tbsp Butter or gee
  • 1 piece Red pepper
  • 1 piece Yellow pepper
  • Pumpkin seeds for decoration
  1. Peel and cut the onion, wash, core and chop the peppers.
  2. Sauté the cut onion in butter or gee a little. Add the chopped paprika and stew for a few minutes. Now add the pumpkin meat and puree everything and season if necessary, I had already seasoned when cooking the pumpkin.
  3. Cook the pasta until al dente and enjoy your meal 🙂
  4. I frozen the pumpkin sauce, so I made a little more 🙂
