Pumpkin Sauce on Spirelli
The perfect pumpkin sauce on spirelli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Boiled pumpkin meat
- 1 medium sized Cut onion
- 2 tbsp Butter or gee
- 1 piece Red pepper
- 1 piece Yellow pepper
- Pumpkin seeds for decoration
- Peel and cut the onion, wash, core and chop the peppers.
- Sauté the cut onion in butter or gee a little. Add the chopped paprika and stew for a few minutes. Now add the pumpkin meat and puree everything and season if necessary, I had already seasoned when cooking the pumpkin.
- Cook the pasta until al dente and enjoy your meal 🙂
