Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 25 g oil
- 150 g onion(s), diced
- 3 cloves garlic, approx. 10 g, diced
- 1 kg pumpkin flesh, chopped
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 250 ml water
- 250 ml white wine
- 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
super Halloween soup
Heat oil in a large pot. Add the diced onion and garlic and sauté. Add the pumpkin pieces and sauté briefly, then pour in the vegetable stock. Cook everything for about 15 minutes. Add the white wine and puree. Finally, add the cheese and let it melt. Serve hot.
