Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 240 ml water
  • 150 g goat’s cheese
  • 20 ml milk
  • 1 apple
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 200 g Hokkaido pumpkin(s)
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. pumpkin seeds
  • e.g. chopped parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Knead flour, salt, olive oil, and water into a smooth dough. Core the apple and pumpkin and peel the onion. Cut everything into thin rings. Mix the goat cheese and milk until creamy. Roll out the dough and place it on a prepared baking sheet. Spread the cream on top and thinly layer with apple, pumpkin, and onion rings. Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley to finish.
