Ingredients

  • 300 g Porcini mushrooms fresh
  • 30 g Butter
  • 1 Cuffs Chopped parsley
  • 1 pinch Seasoned pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Clean the mushrooms (they should be fresh) with a brush and then cut into bite-sized pieces or slices.
  • Heat the butter in a sufficiently large pan until it begins to brown. Now add the prepared mushrooms and fry, turning several times (similar to fried potatoes). When they are nicely browned, sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley, mix well and serve with potatoes.
  • Prepared this way, the delicate, nutty taste of the porcini mushrooms comes into its own best. You don't need meat to go with it ... because they taste great !!
