Purple Millet Soup

The perfect purple millet soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,25 Broccoli
  • 100 g Cabbage florets
  • 1 thickness Purple carrot
  • 1 Onion
  • 0,5 Zucchini
  • 1 Handful Fresh spinach
  • 1 coffee pot Millet
  • 1 l Vegetable broth
  1. Divide the broccoli into small florets. Cut the carrot into slices. Dice the onion. Cut the zucchini into pieces. Slightly tear the spinach.
