Purple Millet Soup
The perfect purple millet soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,25 Broccoli
- 100 g Cabbage florets
- 1 thickness Purple carrot
- 1 Onion
- 0,5 Zucchini
- 1 Handful Fresh spinach
- 1 coffee pot Millet
- 1 l Vegetable broth
- Divide the broccoli into small florets. Cut the carrot into slices. Dice the onion. Cut the zucchini into pieces. Slightly tear the spinach.
- Cook the millet in the broth for 10 minutes, then add the vegetables and cook for another 10 minutes.
