  • 100 ml Water cold
  • 1 Pc. Protein

Creamy quark :

  • 125 g Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp Grated lemon peel
  • 4 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 500 g Quark semi-fat
  • 500 g Custard powder

In the streusel:

  • 2 tablespoon Chestnuts, grated
