Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g spring onions
- ½ bunch parsley
- 2 eggs
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g flour
- 750 g dough (raw potato dough)
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely dice the spring onions and finely chop the parsley. Mix with the eggs, quark, and flour. Add the potato dough (either homemade or use ready-made raw dough from the refrigerated section) and knead. Form the dough into a log (approx. 5 cm in diameter) and cut into approximately 16 slices, each 1.5 cm thick. Shape like vanilla crescents. Fry in a pan until golden brown.
