Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 125 g rice pudding
- 65 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 250 g quark
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
Boil the rice in water for 15-20 minutes, then drain and let cool. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Melt the butter and beat with the sugar, egg yolks, salt, and cinnamon until fluffy. Gently mix with the quark, rice, and beaten egg whites. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 1 hour. Serve immediately with a glass of cherries or whatever you like.
