Quarkini

The perfect quarkini recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Margarine
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 350 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Citroback
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • 250 g Quark
  • Fat for deep-frying
  • Sugar and cinnamon
  1. Mix the sugar and butter until foamy, gradually stir in the eggs. Mix flour with baking powder, add to the egg mixture. Also add the Citroback, milk and quark and stir well until a smooth dough is formed.
  1. Heat the fat in a saucepan, cut the balls with two teaspoons and add them to the hot fat. Fry for approx. 3-5 minutes, drain on kitchen paper. Mix the sugar and cinnamon, roll the balls in it.
