an alternative to Quiche Lorraine
For the dough, knead together the flour, butter, milk, and a pinch of salt. Refrigerate for about 30-40 minutes. Finely dice the onion and either quarter or slice the mushrooms. Then dice the chicken breast. Fry everything in oil until the onions are translucent. Let cool. Whisk together the cream, milk, and cheese and add the fried ingredients. Mix everything and season. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and line a round dish. Use a fork to poke small holes into the dough. Pour in the cream mixture and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about half an hour.
