Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 125 g diced ham
  • 750 g white cabbage
  • 3 carrots

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 g cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Knead the dough ingredients together and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Trim and finely grate the white cabbage. Cut the carrots into thin slices. Fry the ham cubes in a little oil. Add the white cabbage and carrots and fry briefly. Pour in the vegetable stock, reduce the heat, and let the vegetables simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, roll out the dough and place it in a quiche dish (a large springform pan will also do). Raise a small edge. Preheat oven to 200°C. Remove the vegetables from the heat and let cool briefly. Mix in the eggs, sour cream, and seasonings, and pour the mixture onto the dough. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
