Quick and low-fat pasta with tomato curd

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • 250 g quark, low-fat
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for delicious and light food

Cook the pasta according to the instructions until al dente. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and finely chop the basil. Puree the tomatoes, basil, quark, milk, onion, and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve mixed with the hot pasta.
