Quick chicory pan with feta cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 3 chicory, cut into strips
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
  • 1 handful of Roma tomatoes, mini, halved
  • 100 g feta cheese, diced
  • Salt
  • pepper, black
  • rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Leftovers

Sauté the garlic in oil. Add the bell peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the chicory and continue cooking briefly. Add a little water, if desired. Season well. When the vegetables are tender enough, stir in the feta cheese. Just before serving, stir in the tomatoes; they should just warm through.
