Ingredients
- 1 Spring onions fresh
- 2 small Fresh tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 handful Cooked rice
- 3 Free range eggs
- 2 handful Grated cheese
- Seasoned Salt
- Garlic pepper
- Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
Instructions
- Cut spring onions into rings and wash! Wash and chop tomatoes too! Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the spring onions.
- Then add rice and tomatoes and fry briefly. Briefly foam the eggs with the blender and add to the rice with cheese! Season with herb salt and garlic pepper. Sear everything while turning until everything is crispy.
- Arrange and top with Sambal Oelek! 🙂 Who would like to sprinkle some grated cheese on top! Possibly season again!
