Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g broccoli, in small florets
- 50 g zucchini, in small cubes
- 50 g tomatoes, in small cubes
- salt and pepper
- Nutmeg, grated
- 40 g Edam cheese, grated
- Oil for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 13 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes
from the Airfryer
Clean and wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Mix them with the seasonings in a small bowl and then place them in a lightly oiled air fryer baking dish. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Preheat the air fryer to 175°C for 3 minutes, then place the baking dish in the air fryer and cook for 11 minutes at 175°C. The cheese should be well melted. Tip: This casserole also tastes great with bell peppers instead of broccoli. 160 kcal per serving.
