Quick Mushroom Goulash >>

  • 10 g Dried porcini mushrooms
  • 250 g Pork meat
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Lard
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Fresh marjoram
  • 200 g Mushrooms brown
  • 3 Herbal silkworms
  • 1 Red pepper
  1. Briefly rinse the dried porcini mushrooms and soak in warm water for 10 minutes. Cut the pork into pieces of goulash. Finely dice the onion.
  2. Heat the pork lard in a saucepan and sweat the onion until translucent. Add the meat and fry it vigorously. Briefly sweat the paprika powder, ATTENTION must not burn, otherwise it will be bitter. Deglaze with broth. Now add the soaked porcini mushrooms with the soaking stock and season well.
  3. Clean the peppers and cut into large cubes. Add to the goulash and cook covered for 10 minutes. In the meantime, rub the mushrooms with a kitchen towel and cut into larger pieces. Add the mushrooms and pulled marjoram leaves to the goulash and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  4. Season again to taste and serve with pasta or, if desired, with boiled potatoes.
