Quick pasta salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g pasta
  • salt water
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g mozzarella (mini)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek or
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 pack of cream cheese with Mediterranean herbs (e.g., Exquisa)
  • 1 pack of salad cream (Jogonaise)
  • salt and pepper
  • some apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 shot of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the cream cheese with the yogurt sauce, add the oil and water, and season with apple cider vinegar. Halve the tomatoes and mozzarella balls. Finely chop the chives and leek or onion. Do not rinse the cooked pasta; let it cool for a few minutes and drain well. Add it to the bowl with the other ingredients and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. This goes best with a white baguette and white wine (Riesling).
